She Laughed in His Face after she won the election.

Norman, I would first like to say you had my vote for BOE and I wish you would have won.

You were the best man for the position in my opinion. 

You are someone who has always sought the "Real Truth" about what goes on in Pocahontas County and I admire that about you. 

No matter how big or small the matter is you are someone that stands up for what is right. I am very concerned about the final outcome of the election as we have a very serious issues with newly elected Broce Kelly in the Magistrates office. We have found out what her true colors are now and she has not only taken up where Kathy Beverage left off but I believe she is taking it even farther. Clearly she is a puppet on a string with the actions she has shown over the last few months.  

I feel we are all in great danger with her in office for another 4 years. 

She thinks she can do whatever she wants and to disrespect the people who put her in her position. She has clearly let this job go to her head and is on a power trip like I have never saw before. 

Her actions have shown that she is clearly not for the people and that she is part of the good old boy system that we got partially rid of when Kathy Beverage did not get re elected. Broce Kelly needs to be investigated if not removed from her position for her unethical actions that she has demonstrated within the last two months.

I know you are a man that seeks the truth and will fight for what is right and I truly hope that you do all that you can do to see fit that the citizens of Pocahontas County don't have to be forced to have an incompetent Magistrate like her to remain on the bench. 

She needs to be held accountable for her unfair actions and I know you will do everything within your power to bring justice in all of her wrong doings up to this point and God only knows what she will do in the next 4 years if she stays in office. This is a very frightening situation that we are facing with her as our Magistrate. 

Thank you for always bringing the truth to light you are a blessing to Pocahontas County.

Editor's Note: Thank you for your vote of confidence. I appreciate that very much. I couldn't agree more about Cnythia Broce Kelly. She is the incarnation of Kathy Beverage, a complete suck-up to the cops. We were successful in getting her out of office because she had shown herself to be a legal jackass early enough to take action.

We are taking legal action against her to put a stop to the nighttime arrests. Shortly, a request will be made to the Judicial Investigation Commission asking for sanctions against Kelly. See another article where Jonese made a nighttime raid of a fellow bloggers home. Jonese had the warrants in hand for several days prior to election day. He waited until the polls closed to arrest my friend, Steve McNally on trumped up charges of animal cruelty.

Like Jerry Heinnemann, another local blogger, who was arrested for making scandalous statements about Sheriff's candidate Jerry Dale, Steve McNally was vocally critical of our local sheriff's department. Jerry Dale went on to lose the sheriff's race in the primary. Hopefully, Jerry Heinnemann had a small part in defeating him.

Cynthia Broce Kelly turned out to be a true and complete disappointment to me. You will not believe what she did to Steve on the night of the election after she had won her race and didn't need the voters anymore.

Steve had been arrested and was in the basement of the courthouse when Cynthia came downstairs. When she was asked to arraign him, she laughed in his face and forced the sheriff's department to take him to Tygart's Valley Regional Jail at Belington, WV where he spent the night in jail.

He was bailed out the next morning and left on the sidewalk like Jerry H while a friend came to take him back to Pocahontas County. (She was on call that day.)

You will remember that Jerry H. was left on the sidewalk for nearly three hours waiting on his sick wife to take him home.

Yes, I agree that she has to go! In fact, two judiciary complaints are being filed at this writing. We are also generating a petition to have her removed from office. We may consider asking the federal prosecuting for an investigation into this business of nighttime raids without exigent circumstances and this business of hauling arrested persons to another county and then making them hitch hike back home. 

I personally believe that Cynthia is displaying criminal tendencies and deserves to be in jail herself.
