Here's the trick: Take "1" on FTE then give the board person another title, ("Dir Manager, Instructional also "1"' add the two salaries together.
Despite the terminology--"Full time equivalent."
Then rip the school system off to your hearts content.
Some people have been known to have "3" jobs. That's 3 times their base salary.
If all else fails, call for a levy!
