Wonder What Happened to the Dogs?

A man is arrested 12 days after the incident claiming that he is "harboring" a vicious animal.

Wouldn't you think that the sheriff would order the dog to be quarantined or at least "contained?"

The complaint admits that Steve tried to save the cat from the dog.

Why did the sheriff "wait" 12 days to arrest the man?

What if the dog had of "attacked" another cat during the time that the warrant had not yet been served?

So they wait 12 days to arrest the man!

And then they leave the dogs along?

Remember the sheriff says that the man's dog killed the cat--not  that the man killed the cat!

The dogs presumably are not contained by the sheriff but left with the man who is "harboring" them for 12 days after the incident.

WHAT IF THEY HAD KILLED ANOTHER CAT IN THE INTERIM?

Was the sheriff trying to protect the community or just make an arrest of someone who had gotten under his skin with what he may have said on a blog?

Then too,  why wait 12 days to make an arrest AT NIGHT?

And on election day?

THEN WHEN THE ARREST IS MADE--The man who is "harboring" the dogs is carted away to TVRJ and the dogs are left to fend for themselves.  (OR PERHAPS KILL ANOTHER CAT)

Must be that Common Core math--IT JUST DOESN'T  ADD UP!

  1. This is another fine example of Pocahontas "justice." Perhaps a third grade reading level should be made a requirement for police and magistrates. The man is guilty of something but certainly not the charge made against him.

  2. Again as I said in my opnion it looks like a vindictive act . I'm not sticking up for Steven actions and still think you should have went and saw the lady from the cat. But the sheriff's actions clearly show that he wasn't interested in the event that happened in my opinion.
Lets face it several people who were associated with the Pocahontas commentator or e tater we're pursued by people associated with the Sheriff's Department.
Is it possible it's all coincidence yes of course it is is it likely probably not in my opinion.
