I see you changed you city and state same person. You have not produced any solid evidence LOL! Who is lame now? I've asked you repeatedly to show a conviction and or plea deal, and proof of KY desertification, but you will not. I've even gave you phone numbers to contact the State of WV and ask them why they would certify Cole in WV if this was all true; but you have failed to act. Why? Well, Copper, Norman Alderman has published the Cole documents from Kentucky, except for the agreement. Happy reading. The jury is back and the verdict is GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. I feel sorry for the people of Pocahontas County because the police, as determined from their comments on the Commentator, are too stupid to know a criminal when they see one. I know that every person is innocent until proven guilty, however, I find it unacceptable that police recognize that right only when referring to another policeman. As the saying goes, you are straining at a gnat and swallowing a camel. The people of Pocahontas County know the truth even if you refuse to recognize it.

You might want to check Cole's Facebook page. There is a picture of him in a Richwood police uniform with the chief's badge and a chief's tie clasp. The picture was posted on his Facebook page on Feb. 25. Council did not vote to approve his hiring until the evening of Feb. 26. It appears this was a done deal from the beginning cooked up behind closed doors.

Re-read what I wrote, because you did not understand it the first time. I feel sorry for the people of Pocahontas County because the police who protected Cole for so long are still here, and most of the are no better than he is. I also feel sorry for the people of Nicholas County but less so than the people of Pocahontas. A reasonable person would never hire someone with Cole's history, but the people of Richwood had more notice of Cole than the people of Pocahontas, and are deserving of less sympathy.
