An angry citizen has discovered that Brad Totten is still certified in the State of West Virginia to be a police officer. Well, the he has determined to resolve that little oversight. He has filed a formal complaint with the state to have Totten decertified.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today.
I understand from our conversation that a notice to your agency is required to start the investigation and hearing process to have a law enforcement officer decertified in the state of wv.
Please consider this email as official notice and to serve as a formal complaint to initiate decertification and hearing proceedings with the West Virginia law enforcement professional standards agency against the officer listed below;
LIEUTENANT BRADLEY CLAY TOTTEN
POCAHONTAS COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT
MARLINTON, WV
Has mentioned in our conversation, Bradley C. Totten was charged with 66 FELONY SEX COUNTS against underage girls and women.
He struck a sweetheart backroom deal and plead guilty to only one (1) FELONY SEX COUNT, with 65 felony sex counts dropped.
Additionally, the FBI and state police agreed to cease their investigation against Brad Totten.
There were over two dozen victims and more victims were coming forward with the continuing investigation.
The 66 felony sex counts were found to be true by three (3) separate grand juries that were held over a year and a half.
The nature of this law enforcement officers crimes are despicable, horrendous, and disgusting.
In November 2013, Brad Totten was FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW, CONVICTED, AND SENTENCED TO SERVE 10-20 YEARS IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PRISON SYSTEM.
The proceedings took place in Pocahontas County, WV and Brad Totten was sentenced by circuit court judge james rowe.

They can send you all of the official and notarized copies of the felony guilty plea and sentencing order that your agency requires to present to the hearing committee for the decertification of Bradley C. As mentioned in our phone call, please initiate this request against this individual ASAP and set a hearing for brad totten to be formally decertified as a law enforcement officer in the state of West Virginia.

furthermore, now that sir rotten is in prison- he will finally have to learn to respect other individuals on this planet. lord knows he's gonna have to earn it in there.

how would rowe know about this info unless he has seen it with his very own eyeballs in a position of his official capacity???
how come we don't know about these "other law enforcement officers"???
the answer lies in the meeting of the last grand jury (the 3rd one).......that presented more true findings against Sir Rotten.
the answer lies in the MULTIPLE UNKNOWN COUNTS that were SEALED BY THE COURT.
based on other investigations conducted by the FBI and the state police.....these SEALED COURT DOCUMENTS pertain to very active and ongoing investigations that sometimes take several years to yield results. i.e., fbi agent fred aldridge stated that his investigation on sheriff hawkins in barbour county took over two (2) years while the documents sat in the court UNDER SEAL. Hawkins was just found guilty of felony mail fraud, etc and is expected to soon be sentenced up to 20 years in jail.

I would not be surprised if Totten agreed to give up some co workers and the FBI showed Rowe Totten's 302 form which is a form where he gives a statement about others. Well there is no doubt the P.A. would see it and that would be normal when a defendant was trying to work a deal. Im sure Rowe would go for it along with the P.A. of course there's nothing to stop Rotten from going back on a deal after he was sentenced unless they made that part of the deal.
DeleteAgain Totten may have gave testimony with the press and jury not present and that testimony never being recorded is possible.
So Rowe seems to know there were others in the hokey pokey PD involved as many of us know .will it come out could that be the secret indictments, my guess is Simmons wont go that route those incitements are probably enemy's of the powers that be at least some of them.
