About Ted Cruz

Michael Richards
Under the nationality law in effect at the time of Ted Cruz's birth in Canada in December 1970 (the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, as amended, part of Title 8 of the U.S. Code), in order for Ted Cruz's mother to automatically confer citizenship on him at birth, these requirements need to have been met:
For persons born between December 24, 1952 and November 14, 1986, a person is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true:
The person's parents were married at the time of birth
One of the person's parents was a U.S. citizen when the person was born
The citizen parent lived at least ten years in the United States before the child's birth;
A minimum of 5 of these 10 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday.
When Exactly did Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh Wilson become Mrs.Eleanor Elizabeth Cruz? Because Ted Cruz's Mother's name on his Canadian Birth Certificate reads Eleanor Elizabeth Wilson, Not Eleanor Elizabeth Wilson Cruz or any other form of Eleanor Cruz.
While it could be possible she retained her exhusband's name, instead of her maiden name or her second husbands name, it is unlikely.
On February 13, 1997 Eleanor E. Cruz divorced Rafael B. Cruz
Without proof of a marriage certificate, Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh Wilson Cruz could not have confired legal US citizenship to Ted Cruz at birth.
Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh was born on November 23, 1934
She moved to London, England in 1958
She had a child out of wedlock June 17,1966
According to Ted Cruz's definition, that would make her a whore.
She obtained her passport to return to America on October 3, 1966
She returned to the United States in 1967 in New Orleans, La.
She met Rafael B Cruz Sr in New Orleans in 1967
She moved to Calgary, Alberta Canada on December 22, 1967
She changed her name back to Eleanor Darragh in 1997 when she divorced Rafael Cruz
Rafael "B" Cruz listed his name on his first marriage License and divorce as Rafael "E" Cruz.
Rafael Cruz Sr claims he was born on March 22, 1939
He's using the middle name and birth date of another Rafael Cruz, who died August 2012
He may be using the man's social security number as well.
His Selective Service Registration shows he was in New Orleans July 26, 1967
He said he worked in the Canadian oil fields for eight years, 1967-1975
Both Rafael Cruz Sr and Eleanor Cruz are listed on the 1974 Canadian voter registration. In Canada at that time, a person could not be on this list unless they were a Canadian citizen or were in the process of aquiring Canadian citizenship.
Upon the birth of Rafael "Ted" Cruz, Canada issued a birth certificate for him, listing him as a Canadian citizen. Canada did not recognize nor accept dual citizenship until 1977. Meaning If Ted Cruz was indeed a US citizen, he would not have been issued a Canadian BC, he would have been registered with the US consulate.
Rafael B Cruz Sr, A Canadian citizen, moves to Texas, 1974, yet stayed in Canada Eight years?
Eleanor Cruz brings Ted Cruz from Canada To Texas
In 1986, Eleanor Darragh registered Ted Cruz at a US consulate so he would be able to get a US passport. Utilizing the Simpson-Mizzoli Act of 1986, they took advantage of Ronald Reagan's Amnesty program to become citizens.
Ted Cruz had his and his mother's citizenship records sealed when he renounced his Canadian citizenship on May 14, 2014.

  1. This seems to be the year for non-residents running for office, especially in this area, notably Giggenbach and Sharp. I wonder if the Judicial Investigation Commission would be interested.
