    2. the outside media doesn't give a rats rear....and shouldn't.....if the poco sheriffs dept doesn't "look good".
they are simply doing what they were trained to do.....REPORT the news, NOT FILTER the news.

remember the loco poco times reporting on rotten totten coming home from the fbi national academy?
it was another piece written in the framework of "local boy done good and made us hometown proud".
the article went on and on about totten being "born, raised, and educated in the loco poco forest".
as if folks around here didn't already have a clue about him and his family.

and our chief deputy has also made us proud, touting and spouting rotten totten as "as good as they come, one of the best cops is america".
that statement speaks VOLUMES about the sanctity and mindset of our sheriffs department and their code of silence.

and then there's our good sheriff who has also made us proud. its not everyday that you see a serial rapist and sexual predator get pinned and promoted by the local sheriff. but then again, that's what make us uniquely pocahontas county- the inbred freak show of the state.

maybe when booth goodwin and the federal boys finally move in and cuff & stuff the rest of the department can we all rest well at night and finally be proud.
well, he's made us all proud.....and also made us the laughingstock of the state and the rest of the country.

  2. i wonder what the update.....and investigation, if any.....is on "more women coming forward so that more arrests can be made".

I suppose that statement goes for rotten totten, cocky clifton, and other soon to be named individuals and persons of interest.

    1. i think he has to pull the full 10 as a minimum, then possibly has to sit between that and somewhere between another 10 if the parole board doesn't see fit to unleash him on society.
im guessing the parole board would review his case on an annual basis and have a hearing to determine his fate.
im sure the parole board will probably turn him loose as soon as possible after the first 10.
each state has different sentencing laws and not sure if he gets his time cut in half for "good behavior".
lots of times prisoners will get kicked early due to "overcrowding" in prison, but don't think that's as much of an issue in wv.

norm needs to get rowe's "sentencing order" from the court file on his next trip to town. it should have all the particulars.

what also needs to be answered is "has totten paid the $5K fine yet?".
part of his sentence included paying 5 thousand dineros.
one would think the system would get that upfront.
aint much of a chance in hades that a prisoner is gonna have 5K upon release from prison....or have a chance to get his hands on that kinda coin anytime soon after getting kicked from the system.
heck, maybe the system sucked the $5K outta the property the totten family put up for his bond/bail while he was awaiting sentencing.

again, all those details should be public record and the fat man should be able to get the goods in the court file.

the community also needs to stay on the case when he gets out.
his bond conditions will be pretty stringent............and he can take another trip up the river for the slightest violation.
all eyes of the community will be upon him should he choose to rear his head again in these whereabouts.

don't forget, he also has to register as a "sex offender for life" when he gets out.
many times these predators aren't even smart enough to do this......and they get sent up the river again.
he will be required to stay away and not live within a certain distance of schools, daycares, etc where young girls may be in the normal course of a day.
he will also be required to notify the state of any and all address changes. many times, failure to report this info sends dudes back up the river.

the hardest criteria to adhere to will be for him to 'not possess or consume alcohol and/or drugs'.
besides pre-pubescent girls........that's gonna be the first thing he will want to get his hands on when he gets kicked.

oh, and the citizens across the state and nation will be able to track him on the state/federal "sexual predator websites".

looks like a bright future for rotten totten.
he's probably got all kinds of t-shirt designs dreamed up by now.
maybe he will hit the books in the pen and come out a lawyer......

    2. "wonder who in the department is looking out for her,you know taking care of her and all, like good cops do ?????????"

THATS EXACTLY WHAT ROTTEN TOTTEN DID WITH THE LADIES.
REMEMBER FROM THE COURT DOCUMENTS.....ROTTEN WOULD RESPOND TO A "DOMESTIC INCIDENT" AND PLAY THE ROLE OF THE WHITE KNIGHT, "RESCUE THE DAMSEL IN DISTRESS" FROM THE SCENE OF THE CRIME, LEND AN EAR AND A SHOULDER TO LEAN AND CRY ON...........THEN PROMPTLY WOULD STRONGLY OFFER TO LEND EM A ZIPPER TO OCCUPY 'EM AND GET THINGS OFF THEIR MIND FOR AWHILE.

    4. this is most likely many years off from now, but it looks like "visitors and victims" are welcome to attend rotten's parole hearing when it transpires.
none showed up at the courthouse sentencing but they will have another opportunity if they desire to attend rotten's release hearing.
i would imagine that they would be allowed to speak to the parole board from a "victim impact statement" point of view and let their thoughts be heard on how they would feel if rotten was released back into the community to start pimping t-shirts from the kitchen table back on the family farm.

  5. Totten got a deal its that simple, as for why and who use well think about it a bit and who was involved

However I enjoyed watching Totten beg for home confinement he figured his buddy the Judge would do it but the judge knew his goose would be cooked if he did so they gave him the least they could get away with in my opinion.

Just think Rotten Totten wont have a badge or be able to carry a gun in the future poor thing. But im sure the daves will look out for him.

  6. ask and ye shall receive.
    hot off the internet presses..........

rotten has a new date......a date with destiny.

    next parole hearing 11/3/2023

    projected release date 11/3/2023

according to the wv parole board website, 11/3/2023 is NOT necessarily the date of his parole hearing.
it is also NOT necessarily the date of his release from prison- it is a PROJECTED release date based on the MINIMUM 10 YEAR SENTENCE.
it is the first date that rotten will be eligible to have a parole hearing conducted on his behalf.

    from the wv parole board website FAQ's;
"Your PED is the date the inmate is eligible for parole consideration. This does not mean that the inmate will be interviewed on that date. Hearings are held once a month at each institution for inmates that are eligible that month."

    1. jonese should add that to the physical fitness schedule of his "occifers".
the loco poco times can do another feel good soft new piece.
imagine that, "pigs" sweatin, slopin, and rollin around in the mud, in a giant race contest to "beat" each other to their own final destination.
its in the dc area, so there should be plenty of federal boys to assist em in reaching their "end goal".

martin can put the whole department on the back of his lil green tractor with his pet pig and provide the transportation to the big city.
