The Fat Man Comes Around

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "The Sentence of Totten!":

i think he has to pull the full 10 as a minimum, then possibly has to sit between that and somewhere between another 10 if the parole board doesn't see fit to unleash him on society.
im guessing the parole board would review his case on an annual basis and have a hearing to determine his fate.
im sure the parole board will probably turn him loose as soon as possible after the first 10.
each state has different sentencing laws and not sure if he gets his time cut in half for "good behavior".
lots of times prisoners will get kicked early due to "overcrowding" in prison, but don't think that's as much of an issue in wv.

norm needs to get rowe's "sentencing order" from the court file on his next trip to town. it should have all the particulars.

what also needs to be answered is "has totten paid the $5K fine yet?".
part of his sentence included paying 5 thousand dineros.
one would think the system would get that upfront.
aint much of a chance in hades that a prisoner is gonna have 5K upon release from prison....or have a chance to get his hands on that kinda coin anytime soon after getting kicked from the system.
heck, maybe the system sucked the $5K outta the property the totten family put up for his bond/bail while he was awaiting sentencing.

again, all those details should be public record and the fat man should be able to get the goods in the court file.

the community also needs to stay on the case when he gets out.
his bond conditions will be pretty stringent............and he can take another trip up the river for the slightest violation.
all eyes of the community will be upon him should he choose to rear his head again in these whereabouts.

don't forget, he also has to register as a "sex offender for life" when he gets out.
many times these predators aren't even smart enough to do this......and they get sent up the river again.
he will be required to stay away and not live within a certain distance of schools, daycares, etc where young girls may be in the normal course of a day.
he will also be required to notify the state of any and all address changes. many times, failure to report this info sends dudes back up the river.

the hardest criteria to adhere to will be for him to 'not possess or consume alcohol and/or drugs'.
besides pre-pubescent girls........that's gonna be the first thing he will want to get his hands on when he gets kicked.

oh, and the citizens across the state and nation will be able to track him on the state/federal "sexual predator websites".

looks like a bright future for rotten totten.
he's probably got all kinds of t-shirt designs dreamed up by now.
maybe he will hit the books in the pen and come out a lawyer......

  1. irony would be cocky clifton and rotten passing each other at the barbed and razor wire gates of hell.
but lets not hope the steel wheels of justice take that long to process cocky for his alleged and soon to be proven in a court of law crimes.
even better, there's a real good possibility that rotten and clifton will once again ride together on patrol......as bunkmates and pillow pals.

share the same victims, share the same uniform, share the same tactics, share the same fate
