Jonese is probably sunk in the next election cycle on the Totten issue.
How can he defend not investigating Totten? He acknowledges that he had knowledge of Totten's issues early in his first year in office.
How can he defend blowing off multiple victims as "not credible"?
How can he defend chosing Totten for the FBI National Academy when he had knowledge of Totten's antics?
How can he defend promoting Totten when he had knowledge of Totten's antics?
How can he defend never issuing an apology to the victims and the community?
How can he defend walking out of the interview with a victim at the middle school?
How can he defend his leadership when the FBI and State Police cleaned up the mess under his nose?
How can a sheriff defend complete ignorance and/or incompetence?
Jonese stated "Totten was having sex all over the courthouse". Why wasn't that grounds for discipline and/or termination of duties?
Why was Jonese not investigating Totten instead of setting up sting operations to pinch his political enemy, the PA?
Price notified the State Police and FBI, along with the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Jonese's efforts to bust Price fully exposes the misuse of his office to ATTEMPT to destroy his political enemies.
Jonese needs to answer about he video with Price and who posted it to his Facebook page for personal gain to keep his office.
The citizens still don't have an answer...and the County Commission has yet to disclose the findings of its ethics complaint against.
These issues just begin to scratch the surface with Jonese.

Donna Price can single handedly sink Jonese with the touch of a keystroke.
All she has to do is make public Jonese's deposition and hearing testimony from her bar hearing.
Jonese either had to lie to get through the deposition....and/or expose a whole heck of a lot of truth that supports the above timeline as credible and true and brings into question his leadership.
As a former civil servant of the people, it would almost be an extension of her duties and a real service to the community for her to release these documents.
The only other candidate in the Sheriff's Office that is legally allowed to run for office is Diamond Dave Walton.
What's his platform going to be? Ive worked there for over 20 years but I just sat around and watched and did nothing as i also had to have knowledge of the Totten issue.
What's his campaign statement gonna be??? "Take a bite out of crime.....unless its a coworker who is a serial rapist and sexual predator who, by the way, is one of the best deputies in the state, if not the entire nation.....
who, by the way, has a predilection for pre-pubescent girls and violating the civil and constitutional rights of individuals that have absolutely no business being in custody of the Sheriff's Office......
or the backseat of a county owned cruiser. I'll protect the community from crime.....but allow open season on your wives, sisters, and daughters."
How is Walton gonna defend the Alkire (both daddy and junior) issue again? "I just sat around and shut up because it was my boss and his son running roughshod".

Walton's best bet is to buy a couple of more years and just hang it up and take his full retirement.
He's got the years of service already in the bank.
My money is on ANYBODY WHO ISNT CURRENTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
THE VOTERS SHOULD BE COMPLETELY FED UP WITH WHAT HAS TRANSPIRED.

Norman is totally clueless, by saying that Jonese is sunk in the next election. Of course he is: he is limited by law to serve two consecutive terms before he must step down (and after sitting out a term, can run again). So yes, he is sunk for the 2016 election since he is in his second term, but NOT because of ANY of the reasons cited by Norman. The voters defeated the amendment in 2012 which would have lifted the 2 term limit on Sheriffs. Norman, get your facts straight before you open your mouth and expose your ignorance on this subject.
