Again Ferrel has struck again. He probably cost the county another $10,000. Remember Ferrel was given a traffic ticket for peeing in an alley. That charge was so ludicrous that it was dismissed almost a year later. He spent 30 months in jail the first time before he even got a trial, he was acquitted!
We need to get magistrates who know enough basic law to know when a person's rights are being violated.
I hope that the next time a ignorant cop brings a person to court that the magistrate will use common sense and dismiss the charge.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse for defendants AND MAGISTRATES AS WELL.
