Magistrates Wasting County Money.

Again Ferrel has struck again.  He probably cost the county another $10,000.  Remember Ferrel was given a traffic ticket for peeing in an alley.  That charge was so ludicrous that it was dismissed almost a year later.  He spent 30 months in jail the first time before he even got a trial, he was acquitted!

We need to get magistrates who know enough basic law to know when a person's rights are being violated.

I hope that the next time a ignorant cop brings a person to court that the magistrate will use common sense and dismiss the charge.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse for defendants AND MAGISTRATES AS WELL.
