Is Farrel Dead?

We haven't seen alleged Indecent Exposure defendant, Farrel Kelly, since Christmas.  The Sheriff's office is investigating but they have turned up no leads.  Sheriff Barlow called us the other day to say that Farrel always shows up for his court hearings.  BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP.

I asked the magistrate about the matter and she said that both attorneys had requested continuances on the trial by jury.  But even his own attorney has no answer as to his whereabouts.

How is it possible that no one knows where Farrel is?  Was he expected to hitchhike in 6 degree weather to his trial?  Did his attorney make the request on her own?  Does she have any idea where her client is?

Is Farrel dead or on the run?  We don't know.  All we do know is that when he was released from TVRJ that he had been beaten by the guards there.  I personally took him to the emergency room to get his wounds taken care of.  Farrel had two broken teeth and a badly banged up knee.  He hobbled around for some time on that.  I even paid for his antibiotics!

So maybe Farrel is afraid that the guards will kill him next time?  I interviewed Farrel shortly after his release and video taped the interview.

Farrel knows that the charges are made up against him.  Even the arresting officer had to ask him if he was peeing in the alley.  It is no crime to pee in an alley!  He was charged with "indecent exposure" despite the fact that the officer couldn't even see him peeing in the alley.  Furthermore,  "indecent exposure" is not the same as "peeing in the alley."  It only applies to someone who exposes themselves for sexual gratification.  Most men are guilty of peeing in out-of-the-way places.  How many have gone behind a tree?

I heard the other day that my wife's home church didn't have outhouses in the early days.  The men would use the woods in a certain place and the women would go as a group to another place.

Would they not all have been guilty of "indent exposure?"

  3. We live in a day and age when many of the cops are the worst criminals. It's not just a few bad apples.
