Make no mistake Jason is not the mastermind of this or anyother operation. He is but a pawn one the board.
Well the girl that snitched is probably gonna be scared, because we all know the old saying. But instead of wasting time on a plant, that should and will be legal soon anyway, why not go get the meth? It's killing people and those people are robbing and stealing to get it.
wow do I really feel safer now
Legal does not mean safe. Alcohol is legal and more Americans have died from DUI crashes than fighting in wars since the Revolution. Don't forget the over 10 million alcoholics in this country. I have seen two independent studies that show that 47% of the car crash victims (not in this country) have marijuana in their systems. We already have too many idiots on the road with their brains screwed up from drugs. We don't need any more.
Perhaps they have marijuana in their systems from not getting high before driving but due to the fact it binds into fat cells and can be there for months after use. Education is the key people, those movies and propaganda from the 50s and 60s were made to scare people into pharmaceutical help! Now that there's actual research on it, it's more acceptable and actually used as it should be, medically. And I would much rather meet someone driving on marijuana than pills and alcohol.
Good point booze stays in your system for hours pot up to 60 days
Bad point. Marijuana remains in the body and continued use produces moderately cumulative amounts. This m,eans that judgment will be altered until all of the residue is gone. Granted, the scare tactics of that generation are now coming back to haunt the current generation. The pendulum has swung too far in the other direction, and people think that pot is safe, even if used "medicinally." I would prefer that all people who use drugs of any kind, stay off the road, because they don't belong there.
The Randolph County Police are actually the one you should credit on the arrest, they got her, she gave them the name. The PCSD had to do something, another real officer knew about it. Kind of put a kink in the favoritism that is shown in the county.
a lot of people will tell you that there was a day when brock partied ....in how many states this is not a crime maybe it is time for brock to be transferred to wheeling or huntington a place where his gang busters style can really be put to use and of course a place that the bad boys shoot back .... you know a place that can utilize his 4 foot 2 inch stature to it`s best advantage to work on real crimes instead of following in the foot steps of his old boss who only was worried about making a big name for his self and really doing nothing to no effect ....
another soft target taken down
Give credit where credit is due. Randolph started the process and Pocahontas finished it. Now a bunch of marijuana is off the streets. Both get a pat on the back from me.
I feel so much safer now that "a bunch of marijuana is off the streets." This wouldn't be an issue or such a waste of taxpayer money and law enforcement time if marijauna was legalized for medicinal and recreational use. But the backward mentality of this State will ensure West Virginia will be the last State to do so, and by that time the State will have missed out on cashing in on this plant.
a bunch of pot is 10 ton not two mason jars full.Of course PSO is accustomed to arresting the light weights as thats all we got
yeah but by that time brock will still be 4foot 2inchs but a highly decorated high ranking state pig.... legalize pot now just look what it would do for norman
Note the Magistrate who issued this warrant failed to check the boxes required by WV Supreme Court. "Did unlawfully" then MUST check 1 of these boxes "and feloniously", or "but not feloniously". These are required for it to be a properly issued warrant. The above bust involved the WV State Police, not controlled or run by Pocahontas County. The "traffic stop" initiated it and then the WV SP followed up and dispatched out of Marlinton Barracks as that is the region in which the party was located.Pocahontas county does not want any crimes to be categorized a felonies as they might require work, prosecution, and jail time.Pocahontas county works very hard to insure criminals are not put in jail. Do some intense research into how certain parties may benefit if funds are not spent on criminals being put in jail, ergo might make money if they are not. [hint: you better not vote for them Tuesday even if you received a emory board/nail file with his name on it. The one who naps most days in the basement office of the Courthouse. In any active cases now use your subpoena power/rights to request the video footage of the courthouse, specifically the basement near door and stairs, room marked for Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, this is the Nap Room. This is so well known, witnessed, prevalent to many inside and out of the courthouse that they don't even bother to hide this fact anymore. "hold on, we should go wake him up", "let me go wake him up", "he just went down, you can leave a message with me", etc.. ]The Governors office personally demanded a halt to Pocahontas county drug busts, as it "was hurting tourism money", and "didn't want the statistics".Yet this state has a highest percentage per capita of drug addicts and all the respective devastating effects to their lives & their families where any likelihood of betterment for generations for any of them is very rare. This is with certain counties contributing to the higher total in greater share.Governors office has also declared that he does not want efforts spent on going after Marijuana. "consider it legal", and anything under 8 or 9 grams don't even bother with at all, no charges. As for Brock, this county has much much worse LEOs in office (ones who will still be in their jobs after January, but shouldn't be) and those are not in the WV SP, though the local WV SP has their fair share of persons who are issues, some high ranking.Stop being so stupid wasting your power with your votes continually electing criminals, defectives, incompetency, and cronyism into offices you pay for, and then pay for as it harms all citizens when the whole county is nothing but an ugly disgraceful lump of public services fraud, crooks, those not qualified to hold those jobs, and are profoundly incompetent in them. Follow the money.
Our nation's capital has made marijuana decriminalized. Something to think about.
Wrong. Federal law prohibits marijuana use everywhere.
Growing pot and smoking it should be legal for adults.
and be made mandatory for every adult in our fair county
