The Staff of the Commentator has ears in a lot of places. There is usually a second side to the story. 911 is a very secretive organization so take the following with a grain of salt. Do your own investigative work. It is your county!! So here goes.......
Shawn Dunbrack wasn't actually fired; he resigned.
The County Commission is the one who initiated the investigation of 911, not per a report or complaint by a single person.
The 911 director has his own Netflix account.
911 persons have been known to sleep on the job.
One employee has turned 911 into a craft production workshop.
Director was doing two jobs at the same time: driving the ambulance and getting paid as 911 director.
The most egregious claim is that there was some sexual harassment going on in 911. ( a little butt feeling and fondling.) When this was reported by the victim to the director, she would be reassigned but nothing was done about the harasser which was supposed to have been one of the deputies.
The county commission already knows who they are going to hire to replace Shawn.
Don't miss Tuesday's evning CC meeting!!!
It could be concluded from the above that there was a serious failure to report. Now days anyone who is aware of sexual harassment is required to report it. Even county commissioners could be sued personally.
What did they do to the other two.Did they get fired or a pat on the back or butt? I THINK ITS DIRTY WHAT THEY DID TO SHAWN .I WANT SHAWN back on the job.
ReplyDeleteAnd the other side of the story?
ReplyDeleteThere is no such thing as a little butt feeling and fondling. If it happens to you it is a big deal!!!
