Got a Question??????????????

Maybe I am overlooking it but I can't find any record of where the Pocahontas County Commission ever met and voted to accept Shawn Dunbrack's resignation.

An action like this would have required the county commission to meet publicly and vote in open session.  Otherwise Shaw would still be 911 director.

Would someone enlighten me?

  1. Well then that means Shawn don't have to reapply for the job because he is still in there. Amen

  2. BINGO! Surely accepting a resignation at a secret meeting is a prosecutable offense.

  3. Why would Shawn resign if he wasn't guilty of something? I wouldn't !
