If your property is devalued then the tax base should be reduced. One issue we have is property in general has been artificially increased due to snowshoe. I sold some property several years ago 20 prime roadside pasture and got 10,000 a acre which suprized me.just a few years ago I sold less than 3 acres with a beat up trailer on it that was a few miles closer to the shoe and got over 2x the price for it and it was a hillside property. I think it depends on the size of the property and where the pipe is on it that will affect values. Ps it would be like living close to sir rotten when he gets out that to could affect property value.
