navin just figured out a way for the citizens of pocahontas to learn exactly why simmons terminated martin at the loco poco prosecutors office!!!
step 1. a hypothetical retired fat man, with plenty of time and experience on his hands, files two (2) separate and formal complaints with the wv bar odc.
step 2. the hypothetical lawyers on the receiving end of the complaint just so happen to be a prosecuting attorney and assistant prosecuting attorney in the loco poco forest.
step 3. above said hypothetical fat man includes photocopy documentation of the loco poco times newspaper article to support his statements and facts in his formal complaints against the above said lawyers on why eugene simmons terminated the employment and professional services of robert martin, and what robert martin did to warrant termination.
step 4. by wv statute and rules, the wv bar odc will be required by law to investigate the mysterious and strange happenings in the loco poco prosecutors office.
step 5. by wv statute and rules, eugene simmons and robert martin will be required to respond to the investigative body. failure to respond to the investigative body is a big no-no.
step 6. eugene simmons and robert martin will each, and separately, have to be completely honest in their answers to the investigative body on the actions and reasons for termination of employment.
any lies and/or missteps, and they could potentially face sanctions and/or lose their law license for not being "honest and trustworthy" with the wv bar odc.
step 7. simmons and martin will have to recruit witnesses to corroborate their version of events, and said witnesses will have to submit notarized affidavits to the wv bar odc on the events surrounding the termination of martin by simmons.
step 8. the two (2) hypothetical administrative assistants in the loco poco prosecutors office would likely have very good information on the events and reasons of simmons terminating martin.
step 9. in order for simmons to LEGALLY terminate martin, martin had to do "something" very bad and/or illegal.
step 10. if martin did "nothing" very bad and/or illegal to warrant termination, then simmons is on the hot seat with the investigative body for wrongful termination, acting in bad faith as a lawyer, dishonesty, etc.
step 11. if either of the two (2) lawyers is found to have done anything wrong, they will be forced to pay for said investigative proceedings and hearings of the wv bar odc.
step 12. if either of the two (2) lawyers is found to have done anything wrong, the results and findings of the wv bar odc could be utilized in criminal and/or civil proceedings against the above said lawyers.
step 13. after the wv bar odc investigation is conducted and closed, the files become public record and the citizens of pocahontas county can learn what really happened in the loco poco prosecutors office.
step 14. the above steps facilitate the proper process on how to make state government work for the citizens in order to reach the truth of just how our local government works.
step 15. follow the above steps, and its virtually guaranteed that the above said lawyers are bound to step in something they don't want to be stepping in.
step 16. if any hypothetical circuit court judge or hypothetical sheriff was involved, directly or indirectly, in the reasons for simmons terminating martin- this would warrant even further investigation into any involved parties.
step 17. the wv bar odc would hypothetically conduct a public hearing in the loco poco forest, thereby allowing any citizens with any additional information to have the opportunity to speak as to the reasons for termination.
step 18. the hypothetical state police, the hypothetical federal bureau of investigation, and the hypothetical u.s. attorneys office could hypothetically become involved to investigate any said findings of fact laid to bare by the wv bar odc.
step 19. the loco poco forest could hypothetically be cleaned of its filth and corruption.
step 20. the citizens of pocahontas will celebrate, dance with delight, and do the two-step on the town square.
Dang, it sounds like it would just be a whole lot easier for Simmons to do a press conference with all the media and put this dog to rest!

ReplyDeletefunny simmons reports that he can handle the case load all by himself .........yet only a short time ago when answering reverend aldermans complaint on beer can bob martin double dipping.simmons painted a picture of a flurry of activity ,were matin was working day and night,sometimes working 18 hours a day ........simmons ran all over the court house house getting people to give statements as to how hard beer can was working and why the double dipping was justified ,,,,,,gene said then that he could not do the job without the help of the biggest drunken drug addict in the county,now crooked gene says he can handle it all by his self ......... sad to say but that old buzzard can not even wipe himself yet alone do the job himself.... .......although at gene`s advanced age,what with dementia and all ,his stories can change from day to day ......

something serious has occurred and dramatically changed in the relationship between the dynamic duo in the last few months- and the taxpayers and public has a right to know what is going on in their local government!
both of their prior statements, and those of the "randomly selected" courthouse employees, gave the appearance that martin had dedicated his life and salvation to slaving away in the prosecutors office. heck, his new wife barely even saw her hubby a few hours a day.....and when she did, he was "working for the man".......eugene simmons!
of course, that was in between all the hours of teaching his old pet pig new tricks...........and working like a dog to clear the brush and thickets on the new homestead...........and doing photo ops and news interviews with the loco poco times!!!

Remember, its up to the public to notify our state agencies on the actions and behaviors of our so called leaders.
If Martin and Simmons have done nuthin' wrong, then the investigation by the wv bar odc will clear each of any wrong doing......and everyone can rest well.

the wv bar odc would have never gotten involved, and would not have had any jurisdiction to slap down simmons............had his actions and behaviors had "nothing to do with the practice of law".
this article also shows very shoddy research and reporting on the part of pamela pritt- as the wv bar could have easily informed her, had she ever bothered to check, that simmons has had at least four (4) infractions with the wv bar directly relating to simmons and his practice of law.
but ya gotta give the people what they want, and what they voted for.
with that kind of track record and consistent experience of trouble with the wv bar odc, we could only count on more of it once simmons got back in office.
you can thank all of the insiders and standard bearers at the courthouse, who want to protect the same stagnant system and power structure.

Gee4ze is little more than a coward and seems he may be a big Totten fan, he's always ragging about Normans court dates.
To me they were little importance because in my humble opinion they were revenge charges for Norman exposing what was going on in the sheriffs office and the PA office .
Many people associated with the PA office and Sheriffs office are pissed over Totten's 10 to 20 year sentence and him being charged with 66 felony's, also the fact that the PA office is under investigation and the Sheriffs office.

Its a great date for the cult I recall fondly how the cult was blaming all the 24 victims that came forward no that Rotten got the kind of deal he complained about we can all watch him beg in court for Judge Rowe to sweeten the pot even more, if it gets much sweeter every woman in Pocahontas forest will have all of their teeth rot out in a few weeks.
