ya wanna hear something funny?????????these letters were quoted to me at a commish meeting,by fleming, before i received those letters by mail at my house..........so of course i was taken back.............imagine,i,write a letter to a state officer at the highway and also to d.e.p......and flaming got a heads up before i received an answer to my concerns about what meck was doing,to the enviroment..........flaming was a member of the greenbrier development corp.as was meck.......................this guy is such an insider!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he must go...............
