A Cop that screws up here in Memphis, it's plastered all over the news conviction or not. You guy's calling yourselves cops are NOT cops; your law enforcement. a real cop wouldn't be on Topix running their su@k about another officer. Been a cop for 20 years in both WV and MD and it took me two minutes to find the story about him being indicted for stealing radios out of vehicles that were up for auction. I'm not ashamed to run my mouth about someone who gives a black eye to law enforcement everywhere so do a little investigating it will be easy to verify. Like one poster said if you want to complain go to town hall and voice your concern because they hired him so they are responsible for him. On a sidenote I've been to Memphis and the pizza sucked, Beall St. Was like a zoo after 5 o'clock, Mud Island was a joke and I don't recall seeing one MPD officer the entire time I was there. That was 26 years ago so maybe things have changed.

Thank.you Sir. your a fine example of what a real cop and man are. And yes the black eye he gives others is bad as such deeds are looked on and sadly affect many reputations for the single act they do.

Like I said, put all the facts and proof up, because I don't know what may have happened. At this point this all seems like sour grapes to me. it seems that some is pizzed off because he was hired chief of police over someone else. He will lie any time he thinks or knows he's done some thing wrong, he thinks he can do any thing he wants right or wrong and all honesty it's pretty bad when he is supposed to have so much experience that he has to ask other officers with out any experience just out of the academy if something is right or wrong. All I can say is watch your back Richwood he is as dirty as any criminal you have your town and will do what ever it takes to climb the ladder.

Okay, just post the proof. Dates, times, places and so on. I can get on here and post that John Doe screws sheep, but dose that make it true? No. However if I post evidence of dates, time, places, names of witness and so on, along with documented proof, then it would be proof in the pudding. Some of you say your officers or by the way your writing is posted, tells me that you are or have been. Or, one of the officers that the City fixing to can, or has been arrested for stealing drugs from the evidence room. Just Curious sounds just like cole to me and I don't need to use my real name because he knows who I am and he also knows I have the guts to go to his face because I already have done so. Yes I do have an ax to grind I spent my time at the WVSP academy away from my family and when you do that you do respect your brothers in arms you don't as a Sgt. take another deputy to do something you both know is the right thing to do then when a complaint goes to the state police about it and they check in on it he try's lying because he doesn't know right from wrong so he thought he was wrong and tried to put the blame on the other officer, when in all he was to dumb to think that as being the Sgt. If it was wrong which it wasn't he would still be in as much trouble telling that the other deputy did it when he let it happen being supervisor. If you do end up messing up which every one does you own up to what you have done and take responsibilty for it you dont try to put blame on some one else to get out of it. I don't talk smack I just state the truth and what's on my mind. Any one who knows me knows that.

A real cop knows this simple rule "Loyalty above all else except honor." What this means, you don't post crap like this on a public forum when you are not giving any source of evidence what so ever. I'll say this again, this officer may be guilty as hell, but with your ramblings and failure to provide a source of evidence; you cup doesn't hold water. More and more everyday this seems like someone is mad because they got passed over or fired. Deal with it and move on. People will have more respect for you.

I for one would not lose everything I have earned covering for a turd like you and I think you will be hard pressed to find any officer who would. I myself would not cover for anyone that makes all LEOs look bad and anyone who would has no business wearing a badge.
How can/could any officer respect another officer who breaks the very laws they were sworn to enforce and if they do they are nothing but hypocrites themselves. As for the question at hand, he either did it or did'nt do it but the consensus here is he stole a radio or radios got caught and ratted on another officer to save his own kiester. In exchange the only thing he got was he is barred from serving as a LEO in the state of kentucky. I suggest you use your investigative skills on the internet or just ask some of the LEOs in the county because I'm sure they will fill you in on the facts. I did and it was fairly easy to come up with the truth.

Like I said, your not a true cop, your law enforcement.You don't put peoples dirty laundry out with evidence to back up your claim. Also, it you were a true cop you would know loyalty above all else means you don't make a mockery out of the badge, except honor means you never cover corruption.
