Assistant Prosecutor Threatens Local Citizen--Part I

12 comments:

  1. offended by the language employed in the filings???
not sure how bobby and his foul potty mouth could be offended by normal language and legal filings!

not sure of any threats he is making, but if he is.....leyzorek can go file criminal charges with the magistrates and jonese and the goon squad can go arrest bobby and his geico pet pig.

moreover, it sure as heck looks like bobby is giving legal advice....which he is totally prohibited from doing.....and he knows he is prohibited from doing.
bobby states, "......you ignored my statements and REJECTED MY ASSISTANCE.....".
a prosecutor has absolutely zero business in providing any kind of advice, assistance, or legal guidance to someone he is charged with prosecuting.
this brings up the issue of a conflict of interest.
get the paperwork rolling and bobby may very well be facing his own set of sanctions and possible loss of his law license.

leyzorek's best move is to file a formal complaint asap with the wv bar odc.
next move is to file a motion asap to disqualify bobby as prosecutor and ask for a special prosecutor.

if that doesn't work, just wait til the next court hearing and have leyzorek hurl a beer can at bobby in open court.
that's language even bobby and the judge can understand !!!

    1. oh, there's a 'bill of rights'.
the local lunkhead leaders will gladly tell you, 'you have the RIGHT to remain silent'.
then they send you a BILL for kindly assisting in destroying your life.

  6. good point jamie. thats why its important for the local folks to pay attention to everything and start reporting with documentation to 'the powers that be' that are outside the county....and have more AUTHORITY than the local "leaders".
call the wv state police in charleston....AND the fbi field office in pittsburgh.
call and email the papers in elkins, charleston, etc.
file formal complaints with whatever agency is appropriate- the wv bar odc for formal complaints on local sleazy scumbag lawyers.
....the ethics commission on the sheriff, county commission, mayor, etc.
    file civil lawsuit complaints.
    file criminal complaints.
innundate your local govt with the govt powers above it!
