can anyone else in the loco poco forest scratch their skull and remember when The Chief Judge of the county......or any other judge.....EVER wrote letters of commendation for an individual charged WITH MULTIPLE SEX FELONIES.........and dismissed with prejudice........yet, with the knowledge that there are additional victims identified IN THE LOCAL COURT FILES......AND A CURRENT AND ONGOING INVESTIGATION BEING CONDUCTED AGAINST OL JL BY THE FBI, THE WV STATE POLICE, AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN THE NORTHERN DISTRICT ON WV.

Any judge worth their salt would run like the plague....away from any defendant facing these legal issues.
And yet, we have Slow Roe Rowe........WHO SHOULD HAVE, AT A MINIMUM, STATED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.......AND TOTALLY ABSOLVED HIMSELF FROM ANY CONTACT WHATSOVER WITH OL JL.....
......WHO IS NOW STANDING UP AND SPEAKING ON BEHALF OF THE SLIME AND STENCH OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE LOCO POCO FOREST........OF WHICH, SLOW ROE ROWE HIMSELF REPRESENTS......AS THE CHIEF FIGURE HEAD OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IN THE 11TH CIRCUIT.

Now I see the judge speaking up in a letter of support for a man who had a very simular behavior to sir rotten Totten , thus the name sir cocky .
Yes there is a lot of rotten smelling things in the sheriff's office the judicial branch's the PA office and the cc.
Funny thing is you can connect the dots and every one leads to lawyers and former lawyers and a sheriff's office which has produced more felons than underage hookers in Belize.

Untill there is a change in people and tactics will there be support.

ReplyDeleteThe WV Bar ODC HPS report contains references to Chief Judge Rowe and his positive comments about Ol' JL.
You know ding dang darn well that Ol' JL and his legal counselor will be pimping and leveraging the comments of CHIEF JUDGE ROWE AND POMPONIO in their "oral arguments" to the court when begging for leniency in any punishment handed down against Sir Cockster.....
.....and Rowe has a history of pining for the bench of The Supreme Court.....and most likely still has lofty goals of perching his backside there at the next earliest opportunity.
It should be very interesting to see how the Supreme Court is going to LEGALLY INTERPRET the positive "suggestions and recommendations" of Rowe and Pomponio.
Ironically.........and on the other hand.........Rowe and Pomponio were the very individuals that PROACTIVELY wrote to the WV Bar ODC and filed formal complaints AGAINST DONNA PRICE......stating "incompetence, lack of integrity, negligence, breach of duty, lack of honor, unprofessionalism, conduct unbecoming of the office, etc."...........
........and now........through some twisted and sordid backroom payment scheme and deleterious deal.......or either out of the goodness of their hearts..........have proactively contacted the WV Bar ODC ON BEHALF OF THE PROFESSIONAL ACCOLADES OF OL' JL...............who served in public office............UNDER THE TUTELAGE AND SUPERVISION OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.........DONNA PRICE.............WHILE OL' JL WAS COMITTING MULTIPLE SEX FELONIES !!!

Poor Pocahontas County: According to Judge Rowe, if Clifton's license is suspended or annulled "it would impose a hardship on the judiciary if he were not able to serve." Oh, poor Pocahontas County, so underserved by lawyers according to Judge Rowe, what on earth would we do without Clifton's service? Can I throw up now? Even Clifton (who does nothing but blame his victims for his predicament) agrees in his court documents that he must face some sort of discipline, though not as severe as that recommended. In light of that admission by Clifton of some wrongdoing, why would any Judge put his reputation on the line for someone who clearly has violated the lawyer ethical rules? Is that the type of Bar Rowe wants? Excuse me, but I need to throw up again.

It aint no real hardship on Rowe......he does it every time he graces us with his presence when he drives up from Lewisburg to spew his brand of dark justice in the loco poco forest.
And speaking of hardship and Sir Cockster.......maybe the "good judge" shoulda referred to that as a hard-on-ship that Ol JL is placing on the citizens of the loco poco forest.

I think some look down on sone of the alleged victims of our former deputies and bench warmers because some did drugs and or had questionable reputations.
ReplyDeleteThat is just the type of victims men of power would target knowing they are more likely to submit to thier desires than the squeaky clean next door type, and far less likely to complain .Also they are easier to catch them breaking the law thus easier to blackmail in to fulfilling thier perverted desires.
You will find the perverts always blame the women .
It's the same reason serial killers often target hookers as they are less likely to be noticed missing and who cares about a few whores missing.where if they werecupstanding citizens a cry would go out and promote a real investigation and jail time for each offense.
