America is a nation of laws except in Pocahontas County. If you get someone to read the law to you, then you will know why Mr. Grimes is not eligible to be a member of the board of education. Norman is simply enforcing the law when no one else will.
We already have several elected dictators in public office. Voters often get fooled by slick talkers who lie lie lie. Norman's just expressing his opinions as you are . Dictators and fools and stooges in public office are the reasons we get men like sir rotten the aux and lawyers in public office with cool Nick names and colourful backgrounds. If Norman didn't question this then who would you hahaha no not likely. Let them police themself yea right that's worked well so far. Norman is a royal pain in the ass No doubt. But he's got more balls and nerve then most and we need men to ask these questions or the crooks and corrupt would run wild unchecked. I don't know much about grimes. Norman enforcing the law??? When was he elected and/or appointed as a law enforcement officer??? Was Norman just enforcing the law when he was breaking it taking personal information when he was fired by the Board of Education???
Maybe if someone would read the law to you, then you might understand what Norman is doing. If you were better informed, you would know that Norman did not take students' personal information on his computer. He was processing the information as part of his job with the Board. He was also hired by other counties to process the same type of information. Norman was fired because he was exposing too many illegalities in the system, and this incident was used as noting more than an obvious pretext, obvious, that is, to everyone who knew the facts of the case. The indictments were begun by local prosecutors who had their own private agendas against Norman. The indictments were dismissed by outside prosecutors who knew bovine excrement when they saw it. Norman does not have to be a "law enforcement officer" to exercise his rights to seek removal of incompetent or improperly elected public officials. If you knew anything about the law, you would know that officer removal is a civil, not criminal, grass roots action, and thankfully does not depend on the actions of our badge-bearing-brethren. The real issue here is whether or not Mr. Grimes' actions render him incompetent under the law to serve on the Board, and the facts of the matter are probably not in dispute. It is obvious that you know nothing about the facts or the law in this matter - that is why you are trying, without any success, to ridicule Norman.
You seem to be really concerned that Norman had info on a computer, the info was given to him by the board who neglected to ask for it back But I do not hear you pitching a glossy fit about beer can bob or honest gene or the cc or rotten Totten or run a muck or bad check Ben,or Armagadon allure or Tony t or good old, where are the cc. living or where's Emory living. Doesn't he know that the information in Norman's possession regarding the Pocahontas County Schools was given to him by the STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION and NOT by the Pocahontas County School Board? Norman was under a contract & working for the STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION! As far as living in an America where anything goes -- just how STUPID is that? NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT AMERICA IS ALL ABOUT -- unless the writer was also 'dumbed-down' in remedial courses on his way through the Pocahontas County School System! Perhaps the writer was ABSENT the day they taught early American history regarding the Magna Charta, Mayflower Compact, Declaration of Independence & federal & state Constitutions, etc.! Oh, I forgot, THEY DON'T TEACH CIVIC CLASSES ANY MORE -- so no wonder the writer is so STUPID!
