Totten Sentencing Report

  1. I would like to see a transcript of the actual sentencing hearing. I am certain that Judge Rowe had a lot more to say than the few words that appear in the sentencing order.

    1. many courthouses have audio recordings of each hearing.
they are usually free of charge and available on cd.
all you have to do is fill out a one page form and submit it to the clerk of the court.
the audio of each case is usually saved for up to 3 years.
not sure about the loco poco courthouse- its most likely still in the stone age.

    2. norman attempted to record the event.
the judge allowed the tv station in the courtroom to record but jonese blocked norman from bringing in his equipment.
if cameras are allowed by the judge, the stinkin' sheriff shouldn't have any say in the matter.

I really would like to know.
Also I have lost track of how many tines he's arrested you.
Seems he's a little busy now a days to do that.
Maybe a vacation to Belize would refresh him,
