This man needs to talk to five felony Ben to see how he squirmed his way out of charges, O wait Woody not kin to the Sheriffs wife so he's probably screwed.
Unless he was refusing to pay child-support payments, and she was making sure that he did pay them even if he needed a MONTHLY REMINDER in the form of her writing the checks for him -- then why did it take so long for Richard to notice that he was having approximately the same amount taken out each month? Why wasn't he charged with 'stupidity'?
