the felony indictment was handed down on donna price on april 1.
the wv supreme court indicates that they received communication from judge rowe on april 3.
rowe requested that both rowe and pomponio be recused from presiding over the price case.
no reason was given in the judicial recusal request.

per rowe's request, chief justice robin jean davis assigned a special judge to the price case.
this assignment was made on april 8, 2014.
the special judge assigned to the case is thomas keadle.
keadle is a senior status judge based out of hampshire county.
the wv supreme court indicated that all of these documents should be available in the court file at the pocahontas county courthouse.

price recused herself from the rotten totten case, and rightly so.
at least pomponio had enough sense to request recusal in the clifton case.
pomponio had a working relationship with clifton.
rowe had a working relationship with totten.
how was rowe's working relationship with totten any different than pomponio's relationship with clifton?
the only difference I can see is that rowe's relationship with totten was more extensive.
We all know why look at the sentence Rotten Totten got that pretty well says it all.

This is a subject that really isn't getting much press but Obama has plans to turn control of the internet over to the UN and the bunch that handle the com division of the UN are headed by China and Russia. I do not understand why it makes no sense at all. While I am not tec savoy this sounds like something that is really a bad thing.
