§6-6-1. Definitions.
The term "neglect of duty," or the term "official misconduct," as used in this article, shall include the willful waste of public funds by any officer or officers, or the appointment by him or them of an incompetent or disqualified person to any office or position and the retention of such person in office, or in the position to which he was appointed, after such incompetency or disqualification is made to appear, when it is in the power of such officer to remove such incompetent or disqualified person.

"incompetence," as used in this article, shall include the wasting or
misappropriation of public funds by any officer, habitual drunkenness, habitual
addiction to the use of narcotic drugs, adultery, neglect of duty, or gross
immorality, on the part of any officer. The term "incompetent person,"
as used in this section, shall include any appointee or employee of any officer
or officers, including county court, municipal bodies or officers, and boards
of education, who willfully wastes or misappropriates public funds, or who is
guilty of habitual drunkenness, habitual addiction to the use of narcotic
drugs, adultery, neglect of duty or gross immorality.

Norman i'm starting to think you're jealous of Mr. Grimes. I sometimes wounder if you don't peek into the windows of his home. Like oh what do you call it ? Norman You assume i'm a whore and you assume i'm unmarried. I'm no whore but yes you could say i'm un married now as my dear husband died 4 months ago. We had been married 21 years. Yet you have the gull to call me a whore and you call yourself a man of God ? Oh before you dare say i was with other men ? I never had and the same for my dear husband. Norman, You are trying to enforce a lifestyle by useing an out dated law while at the sametime useing religion to inflame people. That is not right and you know it, Your not a stupid man. For that very reason i will not sign your petition. I wounder would you be doing the same if a gay man was President of the board ? Your doing this for personal reason for what happened to you as he is the last one there from your fireing. This is call revenge. A man of God does not seek revenge but seeks peace. The lord says not to judge but you have became judge and jury. From what i see Mr. Grimes has done a great job for the schools. I worry more about job performance more. Than bedroom activities and living arrangements. Job performance is more importent.

DeleteHow about you STFU!! Norman is doing great things for our county by making us aware of the ungodly people being placed around our children. When a man holds office it is our business to know what they are doing at all times. This nasty grimes does not even go to church. He lives in sin and this is the type of guy you want us to have around our children ? HELL NO !!! Norman your doing a great job don't back off !!!
