That Lying Hillary

STATE DEPT. FINDS 17,855 MISSING HILLARY CLINTON ADVISER EMAILS

More than two years after the State Department claimed there were no emails responsive to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request about a close Hillary Clinton adviser’s contact with the media, the Department has informed a judge it has located 17,855 emails that appear to match the criteria.

The website Gawker filed a FOIA request in 2012 seeking any emails between Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Philippe Reines (a top Hillary Clinton adviser) and a list of 33 major media outlets. Interest in Reines’ correspondence with the media was prompted by an angry email exchange between Reines and journalist Michael Hastings. In the exchange, Reines lost his temper and told Hastings to “f-ck off.”
In July of 2013, the State Department responded to Gawker’s request with a letter which stated, “After a thorough search…no records responsive to your request were located.” Earlier this year Gawker filed a lawsuit asking a judge to force State to produce documents which were responsive to its initial FOIA request.
Finally, in a “court-ordered status report” the State Department has admitted to having located 81,159 emails belonging to Reines. Of those, State found 22 percent may be responsive to the FOIA request made back in 2012. “The Department believes that it will need to conduct a line-by-line review of an estimated 17,855 emails for applicable FOIA exemptions,” the status update reads.
The State Department now says it has so many documents that are responsive to the initial request that it will need to issue a group of them every 30 days until all 17,855 have been released. State adds that it is unable to even estimate how long the total production will take.
No explanation is offered in the status report for why the State Department initially claimed there were zero responsive records to the same request.

  2. Norman, maybe I missed something, but I did not read anything in the article that you copied that indicated that Hillary lied about anything. Specifically, what was the question posed to Hillary, and what was her supposedly lying answer? I would hate to see the Commentator turn into a cheap political rag during the upcoming election year. You should stick to Pocahontas County and the things that directly affect us.

  3. I think you will find the FBI has a lot of intrest in Sullivan one of her top aides and the one who said his BlackBerry was destroyed. I just can not recall his name, also the server Clinton turned over was wiped clean I'm sure it was. Accident .
Myself I'd be suprized if it's the original server.
This my be just like how things went on.in good old poky no evidence could be found by anyone no matter how hard they looked till the FBI got involved.
    No we will see.

Yes that's what it was and I know the pro Clinton group will whine , but that's what it was.

    1. You should be concerned about Slick George as well. On July 8 of this year he was paid $100,000 for speaking at a charity fund raising event for wounded veterans. That is sick enough to gag a maggot. However, he did lower his fee from the usual $250,000 per speaking event.

  6. I would like to have just some of the money that was spent on the get willie campaign and now get hilliary ...how many witch hunts does it take ????? always focus on some obscure thing like bengazi,or whitewater and scream it at the top of your lunges instead of talking about issues that put money in the pockets of working people ..........it makes me laugh 50 years ago the republicans couldn`t get a dog catcher elected in the south until the 1965 voters rights act was passed and killing jim grow .....now 50 years later the republican party rules in the land of Jefferson davis by appealing to narrow minded bigots ....wonder how many more years will it take before people will not want to vote strictly on issues of hate ???????

    1. Bengazi was not some obscure thing people lost thier lives defending the embassy. Perhaps you should read up on what they did to the bodies.

    2. You are very narrow minded to think it's a demo republican issue . Its a honesty issue. Frankly th majority of people think Clinton's a liar . She is big time . Not one little one but a huge barrel full.of them . She will not be president and her troubles are just starting.
Only a complete idiot can not see there is a problem when she deleted tens of thousands of e mails and now her server has masterly been wiped clean all of her phones and her aides phones are gone and no where to be seen and your talking about g Bush and the republican party. From 1965.
Taking money from other nations is a Clinton only speciality she couldn't accept it but hubby could.
They went from her own words of barely being able to pay the bills to being worth over 300,000,000.00
Plus the foundation took in hundreds of millions .

    4. Today a issue came onto public view under the Obama aka demo administration a green beret in Afghanistan is being kicked out of the army because he stood up to a Afghan police commander who raped a young boy and then beat up his mother.yes the demos love to protect the foreigner and perverts . Some how they will blame this on Bush too.

  7. Looks like a federal judge has said Clinton did have classified e mails on her private server and it was a violation of the law .o my how will they blame Bush for that one.
Bush gives one speech when he's not in office and they compare that to dozens given by Clinton .
Clearly it's Bush's fault the Clinton made hundreds of millions for influance peddling and it's Bush's fault Clinton wiped her private server clean and it's Bush's fault that Clintons aides and Clinton don't know what happened to thier phones. Its Bush's fault Clinton had oral sex with those women and white water is bushes fault it's bushes fault Obama made such a bad deal with Iran and we traded 5 Taliban leaders for one traitor.
    WhY a idiot

Norman should check this crap for accuracy before publishing it. For example, Bush earns more than $5,000,000 per year on speaking engagements, not the one time that Anonymous claims. Speaking engagements are a perk that all ex-presidents have and frequently use. I would like to see some proof that Clinton got hundreds of millions from influence peddling. Clinton had oral sex with other women. Bush destroyed our economy. The DOW from 10,600 at the end of Clinton's eight years to 7,700 at the end of Bush's eight years. You can guess which president I would like to have back again.

  9. Most of the contributors on this page should write under the moniker of "Snoopy." Most people will remember his famous poster with the caption that read: "Dazzle them with brilliance or baffle them with . . . " some alternate method of persuasion. I have seen little brilliance on this page but a lot of the alternate method of persuasion. Making strong accusations without evidence is not brilliance. Perhaps the accusing contributors would like to supply various proofs that no one else in this country has been able to provide. If Hillary is lying, where is the proof? The allegation that most people believe Hillary is lying about the e-mails is not proof of anything. At one time or another most people believed that the earth was flat, that the earth was the center of the universe, that witches existed, etc. Even if most people believed that Hillary is lying about the e-mails, which I doubt, that belief is not equivalent to actual knowledge. Even more importantly, that "issue" pales when one considers the real problems of the day, as one contributor so correctly pointed out. The Republicans, Norman included, are using this matter as a diversion. If they don't have anything of material importance to give to the public, then try to create an issue and then try to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Bengazi? Did Hillary participate in the terrorist attacks there? Of course not, but the Republicans want to imply that she had something to do with it. There is a saying in politics that perception is reality. The Republicans don't have any proof, but they try to give everyone the impression that EVERYONE KNOWS that Hillary was somehow involved.

Many people will remember Clara Peller, the older lady who was spokesperson for Wendy's who was famous for saying, "Where's the beef?" Did Bill Clinton take bribes of hundreds of millions of dollars? WHERE'S THE BEEF? Are the Democrats the "narrow minded bigots" or are the Republicans the bigots? WHERE'S THE BEEF? The southern states turned Republican after the second civil rights bill was signed, so who are the narrow minded bigots? After the second civil rights bill was signed, South Carolina displayed the confederate flag in protest on government property for the first time since the Civil War, and only this year took it down with proper apologies.

I read with interest about the $100,000 that George Bush charged for appearing at a charity fundraising for wounded military. I really don't care how much Bush charges or Clinton charges for most appearances. I do find it to quite disgusting that Bush would charge anything for appearing at that fundraiser last month. He should not have charged anything. Considering that he is a multi-millionaire he should have waived his usual fee and appeared with a check in hand for the fundraisers.

We need to maintain a proper perspective in the year ahead. We need to keep focused on the real issues that affect all of us and not be diverted by the kind of trash that I see so much of on this page.

    1. Let's talk about the great Clinton foundation it took in just a tad less than 150,000,000.00
Of that it spent About 85,000,000.00 on operating expenses of course this includes all the Clintons air fare .
The foundation is on a watch list it's considered a slush fund as a normal charity will have operating expenses at 25 percent to be considered a stand up group.
      Clinton's spend x2 plus .

  10. Yes Bush charged 100,000 they netted a record 2450000 thier record before that was one million .yes you have to hate those rich republicans but wait the Clintons are worth 3 times as much as Bush. And bull gates tops them all guess it's only ok to be rich if your liberal.
And let's not forget demo were the kick that's why the south changed .

  11. In 2008 Hillary was dead set against a trade agreement with Columbia . Them all of a sudden the Clinton foundation got a few million from the Columbian companies and hubby got his big speaking fee to them She was all for it in the state department . Odd the same thing happened with a Russian company and 4 middle east company's . In each case the foundation got a big donation and hubby got his fee. Then she changed her mind and gave the state dept rubber stamp. Influance peddling yea pretty clear it was she belongs in jail. But I'm sure it's Bush's fault

  12. Yes there have been 18 republican presidents and 15 demo if you count Andrew. Jackson.all the republicans knew the earth was round while the demos think it's flat.
If you think the rebel flag makes people bigots you have a problem maybe you need to go hang out with Jeremiah Wright for a bit and Obama's cocaine dealing activist freind Sharpton who can't pay his taxes .now there are some top of the line bigots.

  13. Keep trying to switch the subject and point the finger at the republicans . It matters not Clinton is a lier and influance peddler he's a pervert and the both cover up any roads that lead to them I'll bet one of her aides get blamed for water wipe .

  14. So as Bill Clinton is worth 3 times what Bush is he should not charge for his speaking .
Did you know that republicans give more money to charities then demos do and more than Europeans give also.
I guess it's only ok to make a buck when your a demo.

  15. O My Rueters reported today that dozens of Hillary's e mails were market top secrect from the start. If this is true she has been caught in yet another lie but this one could result in handcuffs.
Speaking of lies Obama announced he has supported the nation of Israel more than any other president in history.
I think he was talking about Iran and just got mixed up like when he said he had been to all 52 states.
