hey speaking about a different set of rules for law enforcement,did anyone read about the sheriff in martinsburg......the west virginia insurance pool asked a judge to declare that it has no obligation to defend sheriff shirley,who resigned.............shirley faces up to ten years and a $ 250,000 fine.......shirley is on home confinement awaiting sentencing..........the west virginia counties group self insurance risk pool wants the judge to rule that it does not have to defend or pay any damages that might be awarded............who does this sound like??????????also the risk pool also wants the judge to limit its obligations for two co-defendant deputies......sheriff shirley was re-elected to a new four year term in november,again now who does that bring to mind???????????my question is,who pays????????i bet we will!!!!!!!!!!
