I got a tip to go down to the courthouse and check the records regarding Donna's indictment. That tip paid off!! It was suggested that I look for the paper trail regarding the recusals of our elected prosecutor and his assistant. They don't exist!! Neither is there any evidence that Judge Rowe appointed the special prosecutor in the case. I asked Connie directly and I checked the record. Those records do not exist!!!
This means that something "funny" went on (and I don't mean humorous) in regarding to the grand jury proceedings. This "special prosecutor" doesn't have a jurisdictional trail which can be pointed to establish her bona fides.
Is it possible that the "due process" of the law was circumvented as it was in my own case in which Chris Cole had a private conversation with the judge and got an order "for the purpose of finding probable cause." The only difference is that there is no evidence that any judge appointed this special prosecutor to show up. You don't suppose the court would have ignored that little item?????? Well, if they didn't where is the evidence? It surely isn't in the record. I have checked that and confirmed it with Connie.

the wv prosecutors institute indicates that it did indeed receive papyrus communications from the chief judge of the 11th circuit relating to donna meadows price.
the 11th circuit chief judge is otherwise known as the less than honorable slow roe rowe, a.k.a. alias james rowe.
rowe signed a DISQUALIFICATION ORDER in the loco poco forest and sent it to uptown charleston.
the wv prosecuting attorneys institute received the order and assigned a special prosecutor.
the special prosecutor was assigned on april 5, 2013 - OVER A FULL YEAR AGO !!!
the special prosecutor was chosen based on neutrality and geographic proximity to the loco poco forest.
the special prosecutor assigned to this case was amy mann, the prosecuting attorney of summers county.
amy mann then delegated the case to assistant prosecuting attorney kristin r. cook.
kristin r. cook works as an assistant prosecuting attorney in both SUMMERS AND MONROE COUNTIES.
next, it is necessary to determine WHO requested the DISQUALIFICATION ORDER that judge rowe signed.
paperwork doesn't magically appear and cross the desk of a judge unless someone places it there.
the wv prosecuting institute indicates that there are several parties that can request the assignment of a special prosecutor.
the first option is a defense attorney.
however, a defense attorney for price couldn't possibly have made the request in april 2013 as the grand jury wasn't even held until april 2014.
the second option is the prosecuting attorney and/or the assistant prosecuting attorney in the county in which the alleged crime took place.
VOILA !........... BINGO ! ................. AND WE HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD !!!
after ruling out all other options, the paperwork had to be filed by none other than the "honorable" geriatric gene and the "honorable" ponytail pig ownin' prince o' pocahontas.
that's right folks - our very own eugenic gene simmons and beer bong bobby martin.
this order is the handiwork request of simmons and martin to "step aside" as they couldn't possibly prosecute this case due to "conflicts of interest".
however, you can rest assured that these two (2) individuals are absolutely responsibly for putting the case into play and handling the initial paperwork relating to the indictment of donna price.
next, where is this mysterious and elusive document that doesn't exist in the loco poco court file and courthouse?
the DISQUALIFICATION ORDER is required to be in the court file per the dictates of wv law.
the ORDER is the very piece of paper that provides direction within the wv judicial system.
it is the job responsibility of the circuit clerk of the court to ensure that all relevant files relating to a case are to be placed and found in the proper file.
ironically, it certainly appears that we have a failure to keep up with paperwork and ORDERS in the loco poco courthouse.
ironically, donna price was hung and burned in effigy and became the scapegoat and sacrificial lamb for these paperwork shortcomings in the loco poco forest.
...........and yet, THE PAPERWORK PROBLEMS AND ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES STILL EXIST TO THIS VERY DAY !!!
the next question to be asked is- WHO is responsible for these continuing problems and SYSTEMIC CHAOS OF THE COURT FILES ???
JUST WHAT KINDA COURTHOUSE IS JUDGE ROWE RUNNING............AND RUNNING INTO THE GROUND???

the powers that be in charleston would be the wv supreme court, of which rowe is an underling.
rowe would be required by law to issue his recusal request to the office of THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE WV SUPREME COURT.
the recusal request would then be considered, and if granted, would be chosen and the papyrus signed by the chief justice of the wv supreme court.
typically, in a case such as this, the chief justice would select a local or regional judge that would be deemed a "special judge" or "senior status judge".
these special judges that are appointed are generally "retired" judges that are looking to make a few extra shillings to supplement their retirement stash.
ironically, and incidentally, this recusal request of judge rowe is also mysteriously and elusively missing from the esteemed felony fingerprint file on donna price.
