WV ODC "motion to continue" hearing was held Monday at 8:30am.
the "motion to continue" was granted by the hearing subcommittee panel.
new dates and location have been officially scheduled for a public hearing.
its now full steam ahead and ol' JL has new date with destiny.

i find it hard to believe based on the latest ruling by the supreme`s on the no rights of prisoners that they will do a damn thing to reverend j.l.clifton........the fix is in the deal is done......

Deletewell dreama you have to be one of the few people in this county that actually believe there is anything here but a pay back........refer back to the transcripts on her disciplinary hearing which was brought by this same bunch, in the end there was nothing to it .......at the end of the day totten will stay right where he is for a minimum of 10 long years ..........funny donna took out a serial rapist,and gene and his charley mccarthy (or maybe it is the other way around )what the hell have they done ???????besides how many estates did simmons loot during his long and crooked career ?????? that doesn`t seem to upset anyone ........although i will admit that donna was not always the sharpest crayon in the box,but she sure beat the hell out of these losers,for sure ,on any day .........

ReplyDeletethis gives the odc time to pack their files on mon, travel, and get the conference room set up and ready to go for the tue 9am hearing.
interesting that they opted to hold the hearing outside of the loco poco forest.
lewisburg makes it a convenient forum for all involved parties.......except the public and victims.
the wv odc is happy because they don't have to hit any backroads and travel to pocahontas county.
they've got interstate the entire way from the capitol to lewisburg.
clifton's counsel is delighted because their law office is in lewisburg.
they get home court advantage with the hearing in their own backyard.
only people stuck with a drive are ol' JL.....and whoever from the public in loco poco that plans on attending......including all subpoenaed parties.
no worries, only a short drive down the road from pocahontas.
fortunately, lewisburg is also a convenient forum for the special prosecutor, state police, the FBI, and the u.s. attorney's office to attend.
He should have been a tad wiser, as it is now possible he could have a date with Rotten Totten and the boys.
