Will High Rocks Become the Fourth Branch of County Government?

Editor's Note:  One of the candidates for County Commission, Sarah Riley, is involved with High Rocks Education Corporation.  High Rocks is devoted exclusively to serving females.  Tourism Money was used to purchase $10,000 for toilets for High Rocks!  High Rocks has sometimes got as much as the Pocahontas Library System. What will happen if one of the main persons at High Rocks gets control of the Hotel/Motel Tax?
