Patti and I are working hard to get this lawsuit thrown out of court.  Unfortunately, we can't  accomplish that until January 2015, a year from now.  In the meantime, you should read this and contact me, normanalderman@yahoo.com for a full-size copy of the form referred to.  There are hundreds of people affected by this lawsuit.  The Solid Waste Authority got a lawyer from Elkins to pursue the litigation.  The regulations are contrary to state code and need to be modified.
