Pocahontas County Magistrate Carrie Wilfong has ruled that a satellite photo and an anonymous complaint were sufficient to find probable cause that property owner John Leyzorek was operating a salvage yard. (see photo) John Leyzorek has been summoned to court to answer for a charge by the Department of Highways. The property in question is a mile off the road and several miles off U.S. 219. We have included the satelite photo that was used by the magistrate to determine that he had "salvage" on his property. John has asked for a jury trial.
