what needs further investigation is the initial actions of jonese "cooperating with the investigation" in depositions two years ago.
jonese's female lawyer coordinated with the other lawyers and scheduled him to for a sworn deposition.
jonese was a complete NO SHOW.
jonese must have forgotten to wear his watch that day and somehow conveniently forgot that he was scheduled.
the other lawyers were flummoxed, stymied and scratching their heads as they had many questions to ask the supreme sheriff of the loco poco forest.
so, the lawyers called the sheriffs office looking for jonese.
jonese was no where to be found.
his corrupt underlings at the pcsd had been instructed to state that he was out of the office and "on official business".
jonese could not be reached on the radio or phone.
imagine that!
the lawyers were steamed and the billable hours continued to crank with no word from jonese.
jonese was wasting everyones time and had failed to show for a deposition that he told his female lawyer that he would show up for.
jonese's own female lawyer inquired with him on his whereabouts and his no show.
the documents indicate that JONESE PULLED A DOUBLE-CROSS ON ALL THE LAWYERS, including his own female lawyer.
jonese stated that "HIS PERSONAL LAWYER" (NOT HIS FEMALE LAWYER) had directed him TO NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SWORN DEPOSITION.
nobody knows who "his personal lawyer" is as jonese refused to identify who this 2nd lawyer is.
jonese didn't need the advice of a second "personal" lawyer--- as he was being given legal counsel, representation and defense from his female lawyer.........and yet wasting her time and essentially spitting in her face and making her look like an idiot front of the other lawyers.
all of this was shown in documents on this blog that was posted a long time back by the fat man.
so, the lawyers will remember all of jonese's actions and his contempt for their time when they place him in the hot seat.
his female lawyer will also want to save face and embarrassment and will no doubt make sure that our "good sheriff" makes his scheduled appointment for his sworn deposition.
she will be wanting to grab her client by the injun' ear and personally drag him in to make damn sure that he shows up this time around.
note the pathological pattern of conduct of our fine sheriff. his "personal lawyer" was never identified when jonese was asked to identify him.
remember the video footage that jonese posted on his facebook page relating to donna price and the election?
when grilled by the cc and saffer, jonese REFUSED to answer WHO put the video on his facebook page.
he hemmed and hawed, yet never answered the question and it still remains a mystery to this day.
jonese may very well try to pull this again during his upcoming depositions.
the lawyers aren't going to be in any mood to play childish half-ass games with the "good sheriff".
if he doesn't want to answer their questions, they will be more that glad to schedule a hearing in court whereby he will be REQUIRED to answer.
if jonese continues to play games, THE JUDGE WILL DEMAND THAT JONESE ANSWER .
IF JONESE REFUSES, THE JUDGE WILL FIND HIM IN CONTEMPT AND SEND HIS INJUSTICE INJUN' FANNY STRAIGHT TO JAIL.
the truth, spin, and lies are all about to catch up with jonese.
meanwhile, the feds and state police will be watching all of this with baited breath.
obstruction of justice charges, amongst many others, may very well be on the horizon for our "good sheriff".

the call logs from the 911 call center would be an excellent resource to determine what, if any, "official business" the sheriff was attending to.
ReplyDeleteadditionally, what "official business" would have been so important and critical that ONLY the sheriff would have to attend to, and wouldn't have been able to have been handled by one of his deputies and/or staff- when the sheriff was scheduled for a formal deposition pertaining to an issue that is very pertinent to the entire county and community.
"cooperating with the investigation" and totten matter would have any person bending over backwards to show up for a deposition to get to the facts and the bottom of things- most especially from someone in a leadership position and if one's hands are clean of any wrong doing.
When all of the hearings startIng think the most popular statements will be I have no memory of that and I decline to answer that question on the grounds it will tend to incriminate me.

recall the history of the cc- they did pay for SOME of the legal expenses for donna price, then reneged on other legal costs that she incurred as a public official.
recall the history of the cc and the lawsuit the filed against sheriff alkire- alkire requested that the cc provide funding for his legal expenses. I believe the cc denied alkire's request.
jonese also has some history on asking the cc to reimburse him for legal expenses- remember the posts that norman put up a long time ago stating that "IF THE CC IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE LEGAL COSTS OF SHERIFF JONESE THEN THEY MUST DO THE SAME FOR DONNA PRICE"
the cc may very well be paying the legal expenses of the good sheriff in the civil suits.

I did some checking with a freind and from what he told me a PA. should not represent the sheriff of a county because if he had to prosecute the sheriff is ends up being a conflict of interest and he should not give legal advise in regard to personal issues that could become criminal issues.

When I am no expert life has taught me that when people refuse to answer a question there is a problem, or issue that they do not want people or the court in some cases to know about.
