They seem to get off on profiling, discriminating against, and abuse and pick on Mr. Kelly for nonsense. But this county is very negligent and gives dangerous people a complete PASS for DUIs. Even those with VERY high blood alcohol content, and illegal drugs in their system that wasn't even tested until over 3 hours after an accident.
They ignore and don't go after drug and alcohol intoxication while criminals are driving on our roads or discharging firearms(sometimes both at the same time). As well as never even charging certain drivers for not even having a valid drivers licenses, nor registering their vehicles in WV, and tax fraud through not registering them and not paying personal property taxes. Even those who have been in accidents and been found to have very high illegal BOC and illegal drugs in their system. Seems only certain people by certain law enforcement officers are allowed to perhaps even get away with murder. They certainly have allowed several to get away with attempted murder, animal abuse, larcenies, and so many other crimes.
How about all those felons who they know, and have been reported who have firearms.
Lets talk about all the folks who are dangerous repeat offenders and criminals who have been convicted of crimes, sentenced to jail, incarcerated but put on "home detention" and wear those GPS ankle bracelets. That while on home detention get a complete free pass to violate the law, endanger others with their drunk and drugged up driving, and with having and shooting fire arms (even felons), drinking alcohol, doing drugs, selling drugs, making drugs, and committing many other crimes. Let alone being outside of the authorized GPS zone they are to be confined to with out permission to do these things, and which is all provable and documented while they do these things.
Wonder why they seem to pick on Mr. Kelly and give all these other real dangerous career criminals a pass. Could it be because certain law enforcement officers are tied into their crime network, or those drugs? Or is it only ok for people to break the law, endanger others when they have prior been charged with manslaughter, and other gun related crimes, or drug crimes? Or would they go easy on Mr. Kelly is he were a racist, a nazi, a domestic terrorist, or cult member? You all know it this applies to many many people and cases and continues going on to this day.
Yes they themselves have provided enough evidence to prove they are not only profiling, but are seeking out and bullying him.
ReplyDeleteThere was a comment on facebook that I think is also important to examine "Why does he even worry about bfd? He doesn’t even live there. He may have the courage to seek out the truth but he also thinks Ferrell kelly is not crazy which everyone knows he is". No recall all those many medical examinations, tests that were done, Me. Kelly is NOT crazy, he is handicapped, and disabled. So what we have here is a person who is in several protected classes having his civil right violated and being abused due to his disabilities. What we have is a bunch of bullies picking on and abusing someone BECAUSE they are handicapped and disabled. How damaged of a personality do these people have that it gives them a sense of pride and self importance to abuse those less fortunate, those who are clearly disabled. This is the same reason all our nations schools have such severe and life damaging, suicide causing bullying problems. This same behavior, environment of acceptance of this, or turning the blind eye is how all these scandals effecting our nation right now with the long pervasive atmosphere of all forms of abuse, controlling other people, and violating them in many forms has gotten to where it is now. You know the statistics, you know this effects all children, employees, in some way. Understand the roots of these problems, and see that there needs to be changes that can reduce, stop, end this and protect those that need to be protected.
Further there are law protecting people of these classes. In truth for all the County and WV has done against Mr. Kelly he needs to get some of those rights groups and sue them all for all of this as they owe him alot. This would also allow him to be able to have a safe home, with the care and supervision level that is deemed proper to allow him to live a happy, functional life.
Heck for all the continual violations of his basic civil rights, the police brutality and criminal assaults and batteries against him, the gang stalking, the persecution, law enforcement misconduct and false charges. Then there is the very LONG incarceration with out being remanded and brought before a Magistrate, NO charges, let alone conviction the County and State owe Mr. Kelly $ Millions.
ReplyDeleteIs it true Mr. Kelly is banned from the IGA. I over heard some of the cashiers talking about and laughing. That's not right it's the only food store that sells meat. That should be illegal. Is there anything we can do to change this?

It's the only store selling fruit..if you, God forbid, are homeless should you not have access to fruit, vegetables, deli meats, cheeses, baked bread and items only available at a grocery store. We should all call the IGA and demand that they allow him back. The number is 304-799-6667. We all call and the power of God we can change this before Christmas.
DeleteI used to feel sorry for Ferrel. Until I recently seen the way he really acts. He will go crazy and cuss people, then ends up calling the law on them.. and blaming them. So of course Ferrel knows the damn law and everything will take his side because of this shit here. He’s not stupid. He stalks kids as well. He wants people to feel sorry for him. And he’s not HOMELESS he’s been living with people in the town of Marlinton for over 6 months now... so that card needs to stop being pulled. He goes around making people feel sorry for his ass so he’ll get free shit, and get away with the shit he REALLY does. If half you people that take up for him only KNEW!
