  4. no fences but there is a sign no trespassing...............that sign covers them from anyone looking at what they are doing on old charlie bills land on deer creek.....................the other fence should be by regulation at the scrap yard/junk yard in downtown greenbank....................this fence is required under the federal highway act................also 300 ft.from the road and 1,000 ft from nearest house or business .................they do not comply with any of the above...........county commission said take it up with the circuit court, although commission leased the land to meck.............

  5. the tanks are the ones that came from the gas station that burns owns on 219 in marlinton...............old gasoline tanks..............do not worry though...............d.n.r. said meck self inspected them before,he buried them................what a deal, tanks didn`t need to be de-contaminated.because meck quickly buried them...........i think burns, charlie bill, and mecks all serve on the greenbrier valley economic development corp.. together......................all of this was decided in secret.... no public input........the whole deal stinks as bad as all of that shit stinks...............
