My contacts are telling me that some major thing has
happened in the judicial system as of the last couple of
weeks. I am attempting to get this information to the Feds
so that they can look into this matter.
My source tells me that a circuit judge overheard a very bad
statement being made and that he ordered that legal action
be taken immediately.
This could well be the spark that will expose the corruption
in Pocahontas County.
I have received the following tip:
You may want to post a call for them to come forward (if you can). Give them FBI number or
US Attorney. A bonus for them would be a nice lawsuit against the county.

court reported and Judge was upset (fact). Two
investigation phase for state is over (fact). Three discovery
phase is for State to provide there case to defense and
defense to provide documents. (Donna keep good

interviewed her, if so they (Gene and Sheriff told them not
to). Again the war against women and Christians.

My guess is it's the PA office, sheriff and the judge. Why would Crook Gene fire Robert Martin unless it was ready bad and the Judge told Gene to.. Gene fought like hell to hire Bob, covering up his arrest and conviction in Morgantown. Not to mention all the past history both of them had. I am sure money was involved and they were afraid he would bring them all down. If you was one of the victims.... Please call the FBI

I found out from a anonymous connection that due to their connection to the powers that be must remain silent for fear of reprisals.
It will be good might take awhile to play out but the filth we have will pay a price and it involves at least 3 people not sure all 3 will be exposed.

What was the statement that was so "very bad?" I don't think that the feds or anyone else would be interested in investigating anything unless they knew the statement, the source of the statement, the person who overheard the statement and the circumstances surrounding the statement.

you may not think it is important, or important to you- but it may be very valuable to them in linking all of the pieces of the puzzle together in our corrupt county.
the fbi is still circulating and has "an active and ongoing investigation" relating to j.l. clifton and his actions in the prosecutors office, etc.
the fbi is also still keeping an eye on the civil suits relating to rotten totten as any new info in the civil cases may lead to additional facts to be used in criminal charges against other county leaders and private individuals.
the feds are most likely also actively watching the events of the donna price case.
don't forget that donna was the one who reached out and contacted the u.s. attorneys office to initiate the fbi investigation on brad totten.
they have a vested interest in following an informant who helped them reach a successful conviction on sir rotten.
price is also associated as a potential witness to the j.l. clifton case as she was his boss.
many other formal complaints have been made against the corrupt powers in our county and it definitely has the full attention of the feds.
the squeaky wheel gets the attention.
keep up the squeaking and help end the corruption and bring those responsible for it to justice with the federal authorities.

its only a matter of time on who will squeal first to the feds to get the best deal.
the heat and pressure is bearing down on clifton and he would have every interest in the world right now to strike a deal with the feds to minimize prison time by providing info on others.
martin also has a great opportunity right now to reach out to the feds.
the feds have been penetrating the local network and have fleshed out rotten & clifton and are still ever present in town.
they will be around to follow the july 25th court hearing on totten.
they will be around to follow the august 12th bar hearing on clifton.
they will be around to follow the august 12th court hearing on price.
they will be around to follow the civil cases on totten, the sheriff, and the county commission.
in other words, there is plenty of activity in pocahontas to keep the feds very busy for a long time.
............and that's just the events that we are aware of.

when the feds step in, its gonna happen fast and be a big roundup- just like they have done and are still doing in mingo county.

step 2. the hypothetical lawyers on the receiving end of the complaint just so happen to be a prosecuting attorney and assistant prosecuting attorney in the loco poco forest.
step 3. above said hypothetical fat man includes photocopy documentation of the loco poco times article to support his statements and facts in his formal complaints against the above said lawyers on why eugene simmons terminated the employment and professional services of robert martin, and what robert martin did to warrant termination.
step 4. by wv statute and rules, the wv bar odc will be required by law to investigate the happenings in the prosecutors office.
step 5. by wv statute and rules, eugene simmons and robert martin will be required to respond to the investigative body. failure to respond to the investigative body is a big no-no.
step 6. eugene simmons and robert martin will each, and separately, have to be completely honest in their answers on the actions and reasons for termination of employment.
any lies and/or missteps, and they could potentially face sanctions and/or lose their law license for not being "honest and trustworthy".
step 7. simmons and martin will have to recruit witnesses to corroborate their version of events, and said witnesses will have to submit notarized affidavits on the events surrounding the termination of martin by simmons.
step 8. the two (2) hypothetical administrative assistants in the loco poco prosecutors office would likely have very good information on the events and reasons of simmons terminating martin.
step 9. in order for simmons to LEGALLY terminate martin, martin had to do "something" very bad and/or illegal.
step 10. if martin did "nothing" very bad and/or illegal to warrant termination, then simmons is on the hot seat with the investigative body for wrongful termination, acting in bad faith as a lawyer, dishonesty, etc.
step 11. if either of the two (2) lawyers is found to have done anything wrong, they will be forced to pay for said investigative proceedings and hearings of the wv bar odc.
step 12. if either of the two (2) lawyers is found to have done anything wrong, the results and findings of the wv bar odc could be utilized in criminal and/or civil proceedings against the above said lawyers.
step 13. after the wv bar odc investigation is conducted and closed, the files become public record and the citizens of pocahontas county can learn what really happened in the loco poco prosecutors office.
step 14. the above steps facilitate the proper process on how to make state government work for the citizens in order to reach the truth of just how our local government works.
step 15. follow the above steps, and its virtually guaranteed that the above said lawyers are bound to step in something they don't want to be stepping in.
step 16. if any hypothetical circuit court judge or hypothetical sheriff was involved, directly or indirectly, in the reasons for simmons terminating martin- this would warrant even further investigation into any involved parties.
step 17. the wv bar odc would hypothetically conduct a public hearing in the loco poco forest, thereby allowing any citizens with any additional information to have the opportunity to speak as to the reasons for termination.
step 18. the hypothetical state police, the hypothetical federal bureau of investigation, and the hypothetical u.s. attorneys office could hypothetically become involved to investigate any said findings of fact laid to bare by the wv bar odc.
step 19. the loco poco forest could hypothetically be cleaned of its filth and corruption.
step 20. the citizens of pocahontas will celebrate, dance with delight, and do the two-step on the town square.

Now I don't know if Beer bong bob did try to or not.
But most of those pain med are not for one pill a day but for one pill every 4 to 6 hours .
LETYS JUST SAY IT WAS FOR 1 EVERY 6 HOURS. that's FOUR A DAY TIMES 11 NOW THATS 44 PILLS.
FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND IT TAKES 4 OF THOSE PILLS TO MAKE YOU HIGH..
