Totten Set to Walk

Editor's Note:  Just got word on the street that Judge Rowe intends to reduce Totten's sentence tomorrow at the hearing.  Community Reports indicate Rowe has been a close personal friend of the Totten family for years.  That explains why he refused to recuse himself from the case in which he had worked closely with Totten for quite some time.  Our source is close to law enforcement!!!

  3. Aint rowe gonna be urinating in his own bowl of cheerios if he does this?
How is he gonna run for supreme court again with this black mark and backroom payoff deal on his record?

  4. If Rowe does this is their an appeal process?

Rowe put the ass slam on Rotten at his sentencing hearing.
He's gonna be eatin' his own words if he doubles back on em.
Moreover, its gonna send a real nice clear cogent and convincing message to the "other rogue cops" in the county to keep on a keepin' on

  5. I am curious about this , I don't think he will do this as it could destroy his ambitions and invoke the FBI to make him their number one target in these parts.
Would he make the deal he gave sir rotten even sweeter if he could yes I think so, but Normans and others efforts to keep this in the publics eye
will hopefully prevent that. Totten has displayed no sincere remorse and only told us all how tough prison is for him and that its not a nice place
and hes not being treated fairly by being placed in protective custody.
Sorry rotten but you need to be in it .
Not because I want you safe indeed I could care less if you got beat every day and raped .
I just want to live out every day in that tiny cell and be as miserable as possible .
10 or 20 years is no where near enough time in jail for what he did more like 40 to 50 and I think another fair minded judge would have done just that and the same for a fair pa
