Public Land Must be Sold at Public Auction

The Slaven Property belongs to the Pocahontas County Board of Education.  The Slaven property is held in trust for the people of Pocahontas County and Their Children.  Any effort to give the property away is illegal.  The property can be sold at a public auction. The GVEDC accepts public property as a gift and then makes a profit on it. (See Meck's current property at Green Bank.)  Their is a scheme afoot to transfer the property to the GVEDC so that they can transfer the property to Jacob Meck.  If Meck gets the property, he can use it for sewage waste and/or fracking fluid thereby polluting the water table under Greenbank/Arbovale.
